Stanislas Delarue is an artist based in the Canton of Vaud. A genius tinkerer, a collector of all kinds of objects and a frenzied performer, his artistic work is as absurd as a chair that moves by itself and as poetic as the shattering of a pile of falling plates.
Dejan Gacond is a Swiss writer based in La Chaux-de-Fonds. An adept of spoken word, he uses sound and words, in French and English, to take us with him on a post-beatnik flirtation with the unfinished. He has published Club Nothing with Label Rapace.
Rebecca Moss is a visual artist based in London. Her work explores notions of absurdity and precariousness with humour. In the videos presented here, she stages burlesque, performative and fascinating interventions.
Laurence Rasti is a photographic artist based in Geneva. Her projects often address questions of identity, visibility, legitimacy and representation. She talks to us about her exhibition at MBAL and her current projects.
Augustin Rebetez is an artist and publisher based in the Jura. He will be showing us some of the photographic work he has produced in Russia in recent years, and will be reading some passages from his new book “Tchaïkovsky Lemonade”.
Rebecca Solari is a performer and musician based in Biel. As the lead singer of the group Crème Solaire, she is a beast on stage, a fury out of the Ticino valleys. She presents new compositions from her musical performance FULMINE.
